Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with RITT positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Lead brand campaigns and content creation to increase awareness, engagement, and customer impact.
Use market research and analytics to optimize brand performance and align with industry trends.
Manage stakeholders and agencies while tracking KPIs to ensure brand effectiveness and delivery.
Drive new client acquisition, onboarding, and retention to support continuous business growth.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant subject from a reputed university.
Any professional certification will be considered an added advantage.
