Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieve Sales Goals and Build Market Presence: Take full responsibility for meeting sales targets, analyzing performance data, resolving challenges, and implementing innovative promotional strategies and partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Force: Manage and inspire a team of MOs, ASCs, by setting clear objectives, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring high performance through proactive leadership and strategic direction.
- Drive Field Operations and Innovation: Collaborate closely with Territory, Area & Region Sales teams to stimulate demand, engage with educators, and uncover new business opportunities through active field involvement.
- Develop and Coach Sales Talent: Provide hands-on training in sales strategies, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques to strengthen team capabilities and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Conduct Strategic Training Programs: Organize impactful workshops and training sessions that focus on market trends, curriculum changes, and the use of advanced sales tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduate in any discipline from a reputed public or private university; BBA & MBA will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

- At least 04 years of work experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
- Candidate must be smart, energetic & dynamic.
