Job Description / Responsibility
- Sajol Ceramic Industries Limited, one of the promising Sanitary ware ( Commode, Basin, Asian Pan) manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, is looking for energetic, hardworking, and target-oriented professionals for the following positions to support its expanding business operations.
- Department: Marketing & Sales
- Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Faridpur, Manikgonj, Sylhet, Habigonj, Mymensingh, Tangail, Khulna, Kustia, Barishal, Chattagram, Cumilla, Feni, Cox-bazar)
- Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and corporate clients.
- Develop new markets and dealer networks.
- Achieve sales targets and conduct market analysis.
- Perform regular market visits and prepare reports.

- Salary, Target & Other Benefits Structure
- - Minimum monthly sales target: BDT 15 Lac
- - Fixed Salary: BDT 15,000
- Performance-Based Salary Structure
- - If monthly sales reach BDT 20 Lac, salary will be BDT 20,000
- - If monthly sales reach BDT 25 Lac, salary will be BDT 25,000

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Motorcycle riding skill with a valid driving license and own motorcycle will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
