Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA and corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering companies, and institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Promote company products and ensure proper product placement at client locations.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and promotional activities with clients.
- Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client complaints professionally.
- Participate in trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and corporate events when required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Retail Store
