Job Description / Responsibility

Develop, maintain and expand a strong client base through scheduled visits, identifying new prospects and managing relationships with clients.
Carry out sales and marketing activities for garments packaging & accessories.
Achieve monthly sales targets, negotiate pricing and payment terms (LC management).
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Managing existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and seeking opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the planning team to finalize delivery schedules.
Coordinate with factory production teams to ensure smooth order processing, from sample development to bulk order monitoring and final delivery.
Arranging & confirming after Sales Service.
Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers.
Research market trends & analyze competitors.
Prepare daily/monthly sales reports on performance, forecasting and customer insights.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Good communication & presentation skill.
Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.
Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
Able to work under pressure & familiar with work in a team.
