Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to increase patient volume and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular market visits to promote diagnostic services and strengthen business networking.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, health packages, branding activities and awareness programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and patient feedback to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with operations, reception, and medical teams to ensure smooth patient service and satisfaction.
- Manage digital marketing activities including Facebook promotions, online campaigns and advertisement coordination.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis and business development updates for management.
- Organize corporate meetings, health camps and doctor engagement programs.
- Ensure proper follow-up with corporate clients, referred patients and key accounts.
- Supervise and guide the sales & marketing team to improve performance and productivity.
- Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for service expansion.
- Maintain company branding standards in all promotional materials and communications.
- Ensure ethical marketing practices and compliance with company policies.

- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic and pathological tests, including Molecular Diagnostics, Flow Cytometry, Histopathology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology tests.
- Good understanding of blood test reports, report review procedures and diagnostic terminology.
- Ability to explain diagnostic procedures and test benefits professionally to doctors, corporate clients and patients.
- Knowledge of diagnostic test pricing, MRP structures, health packages and market competitiveness.
