Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
Jamuna Spacetech Joint Venture Limited, a prominent LPG bottling and distribution company in Bangladesh, seeks an experienced DGM, Sales & Marketing.
This senior role leads nationwide sales and marketing, driving growth, strengthening distribution, and expanding the present market. The ideal candidate must have strong business knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work within structured systems, internal controls, and cross-functional frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement nationwide sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Lead and supervise regional and area sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and operational excellence.
Strengthen and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks across Bangladesh.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure effective sales forecasting, budgeting, territory planning, and performance management.
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless business execution.
Maintain discipline, governance, and compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational procedures.
Prepare management reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations for top management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Masters degree in any discipline
Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in any discipline
MBA in Marketing from a reputed university will be highly preferred

Experience Requirements

15 to 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 50 years
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or national management role
Experience in LPG, Energy, or FMCG sectors (LPG experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience in nationwide sales operations, distributor management, and team leadership
