- Position Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and tech-savvy E-Learning Presenter (Trainee) to become the "face and voice" of our digital learning platforms. As a trainee, you will undergo intensive mentoring to master the art of on-camera instruction, digital storytelling, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for an aspiring educator or media personality who is passionate about helping students unlock international career paths through language and soft skills training.
- Key Responsibilities
- On-Camera Presentation: Deliver engaging, clear, and high-energy instructional videos for our language and career orientation modules.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to simplify complex linguistic concepts into bite-sized, easy-to-understand video scripts.
- Social Media Engagement: Host live sessions (Facebook/YouTube Live) and record short-form promotional/educational content (Reels/TikToks) to engage our learner community.
- Voiceover Work: Provide professional narration and voiceovers for animated explainers and audio-based learning materials.
- Instructional Design Support: Assist in designing visual aids, slide decks, and creative prompts that complement video lessons.
- Continuous Improvement: Review recorded sessions to identify areas for improvement in delivery, tone, and body language.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.
- On-Camera Presence: Naturally confident, articulate, and comfortable in front of a camera and microphone.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Adaptability: Ability to take feedback constructively and adjust presentation styles based on different target audiences (e.g., students vs. skilled professionals).
- Tech Literacy: Basic familiarity with e-learning tools, teleprompters, and social media platforms.
