Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer codes.
- Manage workers` grievances as per labor laws with a view to reducing them.
- Also able to motivate workers for achieving the production target.
- Support & Assist for induction, an orientation program for newly recruited employees, and various types of awareness programs as per buyer requirements also maintain all training files.
- Facilitate necessary treatments for pregnant workers in close collaboration with medical doctors.
- To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports on welfare activities and training programs for submitting to the Management.
- Ensure proper welfare facilities (canteen, toilet, drinking water, rest areas).
- Conduct meeting of PC, Health & Safety, Environment as per legal requirements and report to the Management on its findings.
- Liaise between workers and management to maintain industrial harmony.
- Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace, safety, and environment. Able to face various types of Compliance audits (BSCI, CTPAT, WRAP, SEDEX). Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace, safety, and environment.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Management ,Social Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act and compliance standards is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years

- Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good Communication Skills in both English and Bangla (Oral & Written).
- Ensure compliance with labour law and buyer codes.
- Handle worker grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Arrange induction, orientation, and awareness training.
- Maintain all training records and documentation.
- Support maternity care and medical assistance for workers.
- Monitor health, safety, and workplace hygiene.
- Support compliance audits (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, CTPAT).
- Follow up corrective actions after audit findings.
- Maintain good communication between workers and management.
