Job Description / Responsibility
- Sector: International Visa Processing & Travel Services
- Visa Planner BD is hiring skilled, smart, and responsible Visa & Travel Executives who are eager to work in international visa processing, client handling, and travel support.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Experienced in local and international visa processing
- Ensuring accurate visa form submission as per Embassy/Visa Center regulations
- Processing Passport, NID, Bank Statement, and other required documents
- Air Ticket Booking, Hotel Booking, and preparing Travel Plans
- Providing proper guidance to clients regarding Visa Requirements & Travel Guidelines
- Handling client counseling both face-to-face and via Phone/Online
- Providing customer support through Email, Social Media, and Online Communication
- Maintaining Office Database, Client Files, and Documentation
- Assisting in Office Management and day-to-day office operations
Educational Requirements
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Immigration/Visa Processing, Public Relation Companies, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 34 years
- Job Requirements:
- Prior practical experience in Visa Processing will be given preference.
- Must have to experience in Photoshop.
- Must have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Must have strong English Writing & Communication Skills.
- Must be capable of providing accurate counseling (both in-person and over the phone)Must possess strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Must maintain a Professional Attitude, Corporate Etiquette, and Smart Appearance.
- Must have the mindset to work in accordance with Company Policy & Procedures.
- Preferred Qualities:
- Smart, Honest & Responsible.
- Skilled in Client Handling.
- Ability to work under pressure.
