Interior Project Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Be the leader of multiple lead project teams from conception to completion while maintaining a high level of quality.
Manage and coordinate all activities related to interior design projects, including site management, vendor management, budget tracking (in excel), and timeline maintenance.
Communicate effectively with top management (direct report), architects, site contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Effective preplanning and maintain project timeline using GNATT CHART to keep the project on track.
Utilize Cad software to create and review architectural drawings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Control material usage maintain stock reports
Move to multiple sites (Inside/Outside Dhaka)

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil
Diploma in Architecture
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Architecture

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Event Management, Park, Party/ Community Center

Additional Job Requirements

● Minimum 5-8 years of experience in interior design firms, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
● In-person site supervision experience.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD with other modern design tools and understanding of architectural drawings.
● Knowledge of construction and materials used for interior designing.
● A creative mindset paired with a young, dynamic, and energetic approach to tasks.
● Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficient use of excel using formulas.
● Understanding of color and design aesthetics.
● Detail-oriented and highly organized.
● Ability to work with management directly.
● Comfortable to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
