Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
TQIU INTERNATIONAL (BD) LTD. is looking for a proactive and experienced Junior Online Business Developer with strong expertise in digital media and brand management. The role involves managing and optimizing social branding platforms, creating engaging content, increasing online visibility and audience engagement and supporting business operations through accurate data tracking and reporting. The candidate will also assist with backend activities, including Excel-based data management and performance monitoring. This position offers long-term career growth in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company’s branding and social media pages across multiple platforms
Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to increase sales, brand visibility and customer engagement
Boost online traffic, manage social media promotions and implement performance-driven strategies
Coordinate with influencers/celebrities for product promotions
Perform backend tasks including data handling and database management
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities
Assist in developing marketing strategies and executing business expansion initiatives
Prepare and present detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations to management.
Maintain and update client, influencer, and marketing databases in an organized manner.
