Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative Marketing & Brand Executive to manage campaigns, grow social media, create content, and handle influencer collaborations. The role also includes overseeing shoot coordination, packaging development, and billboard/publicity activities to strengthen brand presence and customer experience.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive sales
Manage and grow AMIRA’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Developing innovative ideas, strategies, and solutions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Create engaging and trend-driven content (photos, videos, captions, reels, etc.)
Develop and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
Handle pre-shoot and post-shoot coordination, including concept development and execution
Work closely on packaging design and details to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty
Plan and manage billboard campaigns and public postering for brand visibility
Monitor performance and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 35 years
1-3 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or social media management (preferably in retail/fashion)
Strong creative sense with knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies
Experience with content creation and influencer management
Good understanding of branding, packaging, and customer experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
