Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
Manage lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent CPL optimization
Create and edit videos for promotional and marketing purposes
Design marketing creatives, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials
Develop engaging content, captions, and ad copy aligned with campaign objectives
Manage and maintain company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish social media content regularly
Handle Meta Marketing and paid advertising campaigns
Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Improve SEO and website traffic growth strategies
Coordinate with the sales team for online lead generation and conversion
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Skilled in Video Editing and Graphic Design

Good communication and analytical abilities Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
