Job Description / Responsibility
- 🔹 Job Context
- e-Learning & Earning Ltd. is one of the leading nationwide training and skill development organizations in Bangladesh with 70+ branches across the country.
- We are looking for a passionate, creative, and energetic Video Editor & Cinematographer who is skilled in video editing, video shooting, photography, and creative content production. The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Branding, and Creative Team at our Head Office in Dhaka to create high-quality visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, training, and social media platforms.
- 🔹 Job Responsibilities
- ✅ Shoot and edit promotional, corporate, training, and social media videos
- ✅ Capture professional photos and videos for branding, campaigns, and events
- ✅ Create engaging reels, short videos, video ads, and digital marketing content
- ✅ Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, audio recording, and shoot direction
- ✅ Perform color correction, sound synchronization, subtitles, transitions, and post-production editing
- ✅ Develop cinematic and storytelling-based visual content
- ✅ Create motion graphics and animated visual elements when needed
- ✅ Collaborate with marketing, branding, and design teams for campaign execution
- ✅ Cover live events, workshops, seminars, and training programs
- ✅ Maintain organized project files and ensure timely content delivery
- ✅ Stay updated with modern editing trends, social media formats, and AI creative tools
Educational Requirements
- Diploma
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software
- Good understanding of cinematography, photography, composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Ability to operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lighting setup
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadline
- Portfolio submission is mandatory
- Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in video production, editing, or media content creatio
- Familiarity with AI creative tools will be considered a plus
- Team player with positive communication skills
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Training Institutes
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in relevant field
- Candidates with strong practical skills, portfolio, and experience will get priority
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills. Basic knowledge of digital tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasking responsibilities.
