Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a sharp, communicative, and proactive Client Management Executive to bridge the gap between our technical team and our international buyers. - Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign clients via email, chat, and video calls.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet the client's expectations.
- Handle negotiations and follow-ups to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare reports on project status and client feedback.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Business, or a related field (reputable universities preferred).
- Candidates with O/A Level backgrounds will be given high priority.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 32 years
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client handling, international BPO, or freelancing agencies.
- Freshers with exceptional English skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Superior English Communication: You must be able to speak and write English fluently and professionally.
- Time Management: Ability to work according to international time zones if required.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Great negotiation skills and a "can-do" attitude.
