Job Description / Responsibility

Drive Brand Visibility & Market Positioning: Strengthen the brand presence of Coloasia Limited and contribute to positioning it as a leading cloud and data center provider.
Group-Level Branding Support: Support branding, promotion, and marketing activities for other companies under the Mir Group, ensuring alignment with overall group branding strategy.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and offline) to generate awareness, engagement, and business leads.
Digital Advertising & Media Buying: Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), optimize performance, and ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets.
Content & Creative Development: Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, ad creatives, and campaign assets in line with brand guidelines.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning: Analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI), analyze outcomes, and take data-driven actions for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, presales, and management teams to align branding initiatives with business objectives.
Event & Promotional Activities: Plan and support events, seminars, product launches, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand exposure.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Communication Engineering
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
