Job Description / Responsibility
- Analyzen Bangladesh Ltd. is a blended technology and advertising company that pioneered digital transformation in Bangladesh. We specialize in business process automation and brand facilitation, including data analytics, web application development, enterprise software development, brand strategy, digital content creation, and media buying.
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Software Development Team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of large-scale web applications, drive technical excellence, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless system operation.
- Write clean, well-documented code for front-end and back-end development tasks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 5 days (Depending on project demands and time constraints, occasional flexibility may be required.)

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Educational qualifications can be relaxed in the case of exceptional candidates.)
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js and Next.js.
- Strong experience in back-end development using PHP frameworks and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in web application development using modern technologies.
