Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a creative thinker who understands both design and business.
- This is not just a “make things look good” role. We need someone who can turn business goals into strong visual communication that actually drives attention, trust, leads, and conversions.
- You will work closely with marketing, operations, and management to create impactful campaigns across automotive, finance, and service-based brands.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Design high-performing social media creatives, ads, posters, website assets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Understand customer psychology and create communication that converts
- Analyze creative performance and identify what is working and what needs improvement
- Generate campaign ideas, hooks, offers, and creative concepts
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign ROI
- Maintain strong brand consistency across multiple businesses
- Support video/motion concepts and visual storytelling
- Research competitors and industry trends to improve creative direction
- Think from a business perspective, not only a design perspective
Educational Requirements
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Higher Secondary
- Masters
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Banks, Multinational Companies, Software Company, Telecommunication
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 50 years
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and commercially
- Someone who understands branding, customer behavior, and marketing funnels
- Experience with Meta ad creatives, social media content, and digital marketing assets
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements
- Ability to take ownership and make creative decisions confidently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
- Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics or video editing
- Copywriting or ad scripting
- UI/UX understanding
- Experience in automotive, finance, or service industries
- Understanding of lead generation campaign
