Job Description / Responsibility

Vacancy: Male (02) & Female (03) Persons
Location: House # 03 (1st Floor), Road # 04, Sector #01 Uttara, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday-Thursday)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and process all types of bills.
Maintain accurate billing records.
Ensure timely submission of bills to clients and follow up for payments.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
Bachelor's Degree (BBA/MBA/Accounting/Finance preferred).
For experienced candidates, educational qualifications will be considered.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in billing (C&F/Logistics sector preferred).
Freshers with strong skills may apply.
Skills Required:
Strong computer literacy is mandatory (MS Office, Excel, typing skills).
Strong knowledge of billing procedures.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of customs-related documents will be an added advantage.
