Job Description / Responsibility

A Renowned Organization, Noakhali Club Dhaka Limited, is looking for competent professionals for its Restaurant Department.
Office Hour: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall Food & Beverage operations efficiently
Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
Monitor daily sales, stock, and operational activities
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues effectively
Prepare operational reports and submit regular management updates
Control food costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory efficiently
Train, supervise, and motivate service staff to improve performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Graduate from any recognized university
Candidates having certification/training in Tourism or Hospitality Management will receive added preference

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Club

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Food & Beverage operations in the hotel or club sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership capability with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work under pressure and manage team operations effectively
