Job Description / Responsibility
- Searching for new clients and visiting potential clients.
- Understanding client requirements, calculating client quotations, negotiating contract terms and Conditions.
- To ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection target.
- To visit field extensively for market survey and as well as for potential client hunt.
- Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients set up sales network.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Steel
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Must have experience in industrial, preferably in steel structure, construction materials, or building solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical sales, client negotiation, and project-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- Must be proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel frequently to project sites and client offices across Bangladesh.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication) is mandatory.
- Having a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
