Sales Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products and services.
Visit clients, factories, project sites, and industrial customers regularly.
Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and management teams for project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and payment collection when required.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and activity reports.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings.
Ensure proper communication between customers and internal departments for smooth project completion.
Support marketing and branding activities of the company.
B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Environmental, or related field).
Strong technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical products and solutions to customers clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
Willingness to travel for client visits, factory visits, and project inspections.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good command of English and Bangla (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience in industrial products, machinery, engineering solutions, recycling industry, or project sales will be considered an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Having a valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
