Job Description / Responsibility

A Leading Garments Manufacturer / Textile Industry is looking for a skilled Commercial Officer for its Corporate Head Office.
Job Responsibilities for the post:
Collect Sales contract, UD & PO sheet from concern team
Submit Online space booking to the forwarder for Air & Sea (APL Logistics & Damco) and Create Custom invoice & EXP based on factory provided packing list and and send to the C&F agent for customs formalities
Follow-up with factory, Merchandiser and production department as per scheduled Ex-factory of goods
Liaison with C&F agent to complete the export process and collect necessary documents after customs pass.
Timely submit ASN & FCR, Prepare country wise required all documents
Follow up with the Shipping line to get the vessel details once cargo left from CTG or Dhaka
Arrange GSP, CO from govt. body (EPB, Chamber) as per buyer requirement
Create Invoice and upload required documents in Infor (GT) Nexus
Timely submit all documents to forwarder. Follow up with the Shipping Line to collect the BL, HAWB, FCR, MBL etc. Submit Export Documents to bank. Corresponding with buyer as when as required requirement

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
