Job Description / Responsibility

I'm looking to hire an assistant. He or she will be in charge of HR and office payroll. Ideally, they would have a background in law or HR.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee salary structure, attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions
Verify attendance, leave, and overtime data before payroll processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage rules, and company policies
Calculate overtime, bonuses, incentives, and leave encashment
Manage new joiners, resignations, terminations, and final settlements
Maintain employee payroll records and confidentiality
Coordinate with HR, accounts, and attendance teams for payroll accuracy
Prepare pay slips, bank transfer statements, and payroll reports
Handle tax, PF, gratuity, and other statutory deductions (as applicable)
Support audits, inspections, and management queries related to payroll
Resolve employee payroll discrepancies and queries
Maintain payroll data in ERP / payroll software
Prepare monthly MIS and payroll summaries for management review

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Humanities or Law

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Job Requirements

Job Experience at least 4-5 years.
