Payroll Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare monthly salary sheet for workers and staff
Calculate attendance, overtime, and leave
Check and match payroll with HR & attendance records
Make necessary deductions (PF, tax, advance, etc.)
Prepare bank advice for salary payment
Ensure timely salary disbursement
Maintain payroll records and reports
Support audit and compliance requirements
Handle employee salary-related queries
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Production team

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Diploma in Computer

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years
Minimum Five years’ experience in Payroll section in RMG Sector.
