Job Description / Responsibility

Monitor all operational activities of the Hub, and directly report to the Last Mile Lead.
Allocate riders to a specific zone for a better delivery plan and an optimised delivery route for each rider.
Ensure accurate daily cash collection and timely next-day bank deposit.
Monitor the Hub Dashboard for smooth delivery.
Monitor the hub delivery success rate and work on improvement.
Maintain vehicle-related issues.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Logistics Startup, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Delivery Services Startup, E-commerce Startup
