Job Description / Responsibility
- HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise top management on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Build HR policies that support expansion, productivity, and culture.
- Lead HR transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee recruitment for all companies within the group.
- Develop manpower planning and budgeting.
- Ensure timely hiring of leadership and critical positions.
- Standardize recruitment processes across subsidiaries.
- Build employer branding strategies.
- Performance Management
- Design and monitor KPI-based performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure fair evaluation processes across all business units.
- Drive performance improvement programs.
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Develop salary structures and grading systems.
- Supervise payroll governance and benefits administration.
- Manage bonuses, incentives, insurance, and employee welfare schemes.
- Employee Relations & Industrial Relations:
- Maintain healthy employee-management relationships.
- Handle disciplinary matters and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Reduce workplace conflicts and turnover.
- Training & Organizational Development:
- Identify training needs across companies.
- Implement leadership development programs.
- Promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop and update HR manuals, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory obligations.
- Conduct HR audits across group of companies.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Supervise attendance, leave, payroll coordination,
- Ensure HRIS (Human Resource Information System) efficiency.
- Standardize HR reporting and documentation.
- Monitor HR budgets and operational efficiency.
- Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
- Lead restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or expansion-related HR activities.
- Support organizational change initiatives.
- Manage workforce transition and communication plans.
- Promote group values and culture.
- Drive employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.
- Organize engagement programs and CSR- related employee activities.
- Foster diversity, inclusion, and workplace ethics.
Educational Requirements
- Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Master of Law (LLM)
- Professional certification in HR, Industrial Relations, or Compliance will be an advantage.
- Good academic record throughout education.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 38 to 50 years
- Experience managing multi-company or large-scale operations.
- Align policies while allowing business-specific flexibility.
- Travel between units/factories/offices.Report directly to the Managing Director, Directors or Board.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, social compliance standards, and international certification requirements
- Excellent understanding of HR planning, HR Policies, HR Practices, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
