Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:The Authorized Representative will play a key role in executing equity trades, advising clients, expanding the client base, and ensuring full regulatory compliance in line with BSEC, DSE, and Bangladesh Bank guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, sound market knowledge, and a client-focused mindset.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Execute buy and sell orders for clients efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and financial news to support informed trading decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients through professional networking and market outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions to promote brokerage services.
- Assist clients in opening and maintaining Beneficiary Owner (BO) accounts with proper documentation.
- Provide strategic investment insights and portfolio-related guidance to clients.
- Analyze portfolio risks and contribute to effective risk management initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations, trading rules, and internal policies.
- Achieve assigned brokerage revenue and business development targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management to support operational excellence and business growth.
Educational Requirements

- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the capital market or stock brokerage industry.
- Must hold a valid Authorized Representative Certificate approved by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
- Prior experience with brokerage houses or non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs) will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BSEC regulations, DSE operations, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Written and Spoken English is compulsory
