- Ticketing & Reservation: Domestic/international air, rail, boat, and bus booking.
- Package Formulation: Tailor-made, eco-tourism, adventures, honeymoons, and relaxation packages
- Logistics & Support: Visa processing, travel insurance, and dedicated 24/7 customer support.
- Role Description
- Sales Generation: Promote and sell tailored travel packages, hotel bookings, air tickets, and excursions to meet monthly targets.
- Client Management: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing travel advice and resolving concerns promptly.
- Itinerary Customization: Understand customer requirements to prepare tailored travel proposals and quotations.
- Marketing and Networking: Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and participate in marketing campaigns or trade events.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales in a CRM system, preparing reports for management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Airline, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Tour Operator
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong skills in Sales and Marketing to achieve growth targets and execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders professionally.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing successful business strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing analytics software is advantageous.
