Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking an experienced Expert Counsellor to guide students through study abroad opportunities in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. The role involves end-to-end counselling, from initial profile assessment to successful visa processing, for these key destinations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one counselling on study options in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
- Assess students’ academic profiles, financial background, and career goals to recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, intake deadlines, and tuition structures across all four destinations.
- Guide students through the complete application process, including university selection, SOP/personal statement review, CV preparation, and document verification.
- Advise on country-specific visa requirements: UK Student Visa (Tier 4/Student Route), Australian Subclass 500, Canadian Study Permit, and New Zealand Student Visa.
- Keep abreast of changing immigration policies, post-study work rights (e.g., Graduate Route UK, PSW Australia, PGWP Canada, Post-Study Work NZ), and PR pathways.
- Coordinate with partner universities and authorized representatives for admission processing and offer letters.
- Assist students with financial documentation (GIC for Canada, CAS for UK, COE for Australia, etc.) and other country-specific requirements.
- Provide guidance on English language tests: IELTS, Duolingo, OIETC, PTE, and TOEFL as per university and visa standards.
- Conduct seminars, education fairs, and information sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Manage pre-departure briefings covering accommodation, banking, health insurance (e.g., OSHC for Australia), and cultural orientation.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly enrollment, application, and conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students, parents, and overseas university partners.
