Job Description / Responsibility

Generate new customer leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and social media
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Present, promote, and demonstrate vehicles including conducting test drives
Negotiate sales terms, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales concerns professionally
Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, and process sales documentation
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan processing
Stay updated on latest vehicle models, market trends, and attend product training

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
