Job Description / Responsibility

Manshir is a growing property marketplace + in-house commercial real estate advisory. We work with corporate clients, landlords, building administrators, and agents to deliver structured solutions for commercial leasing and property sales.
We are looking for a field-oriented real estate professional to strengthen Manshir’s commercial property acquisition network in Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to identify commercial properties and generate qualified acquisition leads.
Communicate and build relationships with landlords, building administrators, caretakers, and property managers.
Source suitable inventory for offices, showrooms, warehouses, and other commercial requirements.
Execute and follow up on acquisition agreements and onboarding processes.
Explore new acquisition opportunities through networking, market visits, and relationship-building activities.
Maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords and property stakeholders.
Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to support acquisition strategy.
Maintain accurate records and regularly update lead status, meeting notes, and property pipeline in the CRM system.
Collaborate with real estate agents through Manshir Agent Connect (MAC) for property sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage, acquisition, or commercial leasing.
Strong understanding of the Dhaka real estate market and commercial zones.
Proven exposure to successful property transactions and relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of secondary market trends and commercial property demand.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM/database management.
Candidates with personal motorbikes will be given preference.
Willingness to travel regularly and conduct field work.
