Job Description / Responsibility

Coordinate with the Head of General Affairs Department regarding overall commercial and General Banking activities.
Manage end-to-end export and import documentation and execution to ensure timely shipment and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, EXP, GSP, etc.)
Handle all Letter of Credit (L/C) operations including opening, amendment, negotiation, settlement, and follow-up of Sight & Usance L/Cs.
Coordinate with banks for document negotiation, discrepancy resolution, and export proceeds realization within prescribed timelines.
Ensure proper maintenance and closure of EXP forms and compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and reporting requirements.
Maintain bonded warehouse activities, utilization, and compliance matters.
Coordinate with production, logistics, freight forwarders, C&F agents, shipping lines, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders for smooth shipment operations.
Monitor shipment schedules, booking confirmations, and delivery timelines.
Follow up on payments, shipment discrepancies, and operational issues to ensure uninterrupted commercial activities.
Prepare and maintain commercial documentation, records, and reports accurately.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Training in Commercial Operations, Import Procedures, Customs, or Bond Management preferred.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Only Male
Motorbike driving skills with a valid driving license will get additional preference.
