Job Description / Responsibility

Assist with daily financial bookkeeping and statement sorting
Settle office daily expenses and sort financial documents
Follow up payment collection & payment application process
Complete other financial administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related majors

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain

Essential Requirements
Fluent in English & proficient in Bengali
Familiar with local Bangladesh financial rules & tax basics
Proficient in MS Office, skilled in Excel data entry & bookkeeping
Capable of daily expense checking, petty cash management & document sorting
Responsible for account reconciliation, payment follow-up & financial voucher arrangement
Strict financial confidentiality, careful, efficient and result-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant working experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry
Familiar with local bank operation and foreign trade settlement basics
Know basic invoice management & local fiscal declaration process
Good cross-team communication, able to cooperate with overseas finance team
