Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and registers related to factory and corporate operations.
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including invoice processing, vendor bills, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain VAT & Tax related documentation, challans, and registers in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit VAT returns within the stipulated deadlines as per government requirements.
Assist in Tax deduction, Tax calculations, and ensure proper compliance with VAT & Tax regulations.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, and inventory-related transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities by collecting and analyzing financial data.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audit activities.
Coordinate with production, procurement, store, and other departments for financial data verification and cost tracking.
Prepare various financial, VAT, and Tax reports as required by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, VAT, and Tax compliance.
Familiarity with VAT return preparation and submission procedures.
Good understanding of Income Tax regulations and related documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
