Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain daily depot accounts, cashbook, and ledger entries.
Handle daily cash collection, banking, and payment processing.
Prepare and maintain sales, collection, expense, and stock reports.
Reconcile distributor/dealer balances and outstanding dues.
Monitor depot expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Verify sales invoices, challans, and delivery-related documents.
Coordinate with Head Office Accounts Department for financial reporting and compliance.
Assist in physical stock verification and freezer asset tracking.
Ensure proper record keeping of depot transactions and supporting documents.
Support internal and external audit activities when required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
