Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain daily accounting records and ledger entries.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
Monitor bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Supervise student fee collection and reconciliation.
Coordinate with admission and administration teams regarding student financial records.
Maintain Petty Cash.
Maintain welfare fund, Charity Event’s/Student’s Donation Fund.
Maintain employee financial records, deductions, and benefits documentation.
Student Club Fund money received & payment.
Coordinate tax and statutory deductions as applicable.
Prepare the financial report as per requirement & support budget preparation and expense monitoring.
Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, tax, and organizational policies.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. 18. Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
Support procurement and payment processing activities when required.
Support any other finance-related activities as assigned by the management.
Support any other school-related activities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 40 years
School experience will be given preferred.
