Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable management.
- Maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Assist in tax-related works (VAT, TDS, etc.) when required.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation system.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company regulations.
- Assist in implementing internal control systems.
- Perform any other accounts or administrative tasks assigned by management.
- Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.
- Support HR activities such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and company events when required.
- Maintain office cleanliness, discipline, and working environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage utility bills, office maintenance, and facility-related tasks.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Master’s Degree or professional certification) will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Group of Companies, Motel, Coffee Shop
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in accounts and/or office administration.
- Experience in corporate office, trading, manufacturing, or service industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic background and accounting knowledge may also apply (for junior level).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (must), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or similar).
- Ability to prepare financial reports and maintain digital records.
- Email handling and professional communication skills.Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Honest, disciplined, and well-organized personality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Experience in VAT, Tax (TDS), and compliance-related work.Knowledge of payroll processing and HR support tasks.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and financial documentation.
- Experience in inventory management and procurement support.
- Certification in accounting or finance-related courses.
