Job Description / Responsibility

Processing & monitoring of payments & expenditures
Ensuring updated cash book & petty cash on daily basis
Preparation of monthly Financial Statements
Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation statement
Management of organization's debtors & creditor accounts
Preparation & monitoring of the payroll & income tax system
Management of receivables & payables outstanding & recording
Maintenance of fixed asset registers & safeguarding of fixed assets
Management of loan creation & adjustment, customer ledger both in excel and Tally Software
Any other duties to meet the exigencies of the service

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
