Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Location: Dhaka (Factory/Head Office as required)
- Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the overall accounts and finance operations of the company.
- Maintain and monitor day-to-day financial transactions including cash flow, general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws (VAT, AIT, etc.), and handle timely submission of returns to regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit processes.
- Develop and implement financial controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Supervise accounts team and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loans, L/Cs, and other financial matters.
- Prepare and analyze costing reports for products and suggest cost optimization strategies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by top management as required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Must have completed BBA or MBA (Major in Accounting)
- Preferred candidates who have completed Finance or Marketing from any of the following reputed universities:BRAC UniversityNorth South University (NSU)East West University (EWU)American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB)Daffodil International University (DIU)

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 34 years
- Only Female
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors will be given preference.
- Experience in the Steel or Corrugation industry will be considered an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or similar) will be an added advantage.
- Basic analytical, leadership, and communication skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be preferred.
