Job Description / Responsibility

Sr. Executive – Accounts & Finance is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate accounts, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting management with timely financial reports and analysis. The role also ensures proper utilization of funds and financial transparency of the organization.
Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and expense control
Handle bank transactions, reconciliation, and fund management
Ensure compliance with financial policies, laws, and audit requirements
Support audit activities (internal & external) and maintain documentation
Monitor income, donations, and expenses of the organization
Prepare payroll, bills, and payment processing
Maintain proper financial records and filing systems
Assist management in financial planning and decision-making
Coordinate with different departments for financial matters

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Hospital, NGO, School

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
