Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and hardworking Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, banking operations, and project accounts. The candidate must have sound knowledge of accounting procedures, VAT & Tax calculations, and be proficient in Tally software.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions.
Operate and manage accounting activities using Tally software.
Handle banking-related tasks including cheque processing, deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain project accounts and prepare financial reports.
Prepare bills, invoices, and challans accurately.
Calculate VAT & Tax as per company and government policies.
Maintain accounting documents, vouchers, and records properly.
Coordinate with management regarding financial matters and reporting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Inventory/Warehouse

Additional Job Requirements

2–3 years of experience in accounts and finance related activities.
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
Good knowledge of VAT & Tax procedures.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
