Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain and manage day-to-day accounts functions, including journal to ledger posting and bank reconciliation.
Prepare financial statements, monthly/annual reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely billing and collections.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Assist senior management with financial analysis and decision-making support.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
MBA/CA-CC preferred

Experience Requirements

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

3 – 4 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance roles.
Experience in diagnostic center / clinic/ hospital preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Office.
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
