Job Description / Responsibility

SINAN ARCHITECT ENGINEERING
Department: Accounts & Finance
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Daily Accounts, Cash Book & Financial Records
Prepare Voucher, Bill, Invoice & Payment Documents
Monitor Office Expenses & Project Costing
Handle Banking Transactions & Supplier Payments
Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Financial Reports
Maintain Client Due, Collection & Follow-up Records
Support VAT, TAX & Audit Related Activities
Maintain Inventory & Purchase Records Properly
Coordinate with Management Regarding Financial Activities
Any Other Tasks Assigned by Management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Bachelor/Honors
BBA / MBA (Accounting / Finance)
Honors in Accounting / Finance

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 Years Experience in Accounts & Finance
Experience in Interior / Construction / Engineering Company Preferred
Good Knowledge of Excel, Tally, ERP or Accounting Software
Strong Reporting & Documentation Skills
Additional Requirements:
Honest, Responsible & Detail-Oriented
Strong Time Management & Organizational Skills
Ability to Work Under Pressure
Professional Communication Skill Required
