Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance

Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries including vouchers, journals, and ledgers.
- Record all financial transactions accurately in Tally accounting software.
- Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, bills, and related documents.
- Maintain general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, cash book, and bank book.
- Analyze financial data, expenses, and budget variances.
- Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up for collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Manage petty cash and daily cash transactions.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly VAT returns and handle VAT & TAX related works.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance will be preferred, but not mandatory.
- CA Course Completed candidates will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 40 years
- 2 to 5 years of practical experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates having practical experience in Tally and others accounting software are advised to apply.
