Job Description / Responsibility

Strategic financial & business planning to include effective management, control & disbursement of fund, monitoring budgetary control system & ensuring accounts update on a regular basis.
Preparation of depot-wise accounts (monthly)
Prepare yearly Sales, Revenue and Capital Budget
Assist in preparing management accounts & Tax accounts (monthly)
Maintain separate accounts in system software (Tally Prime) for Tax compliance.
Monthly corporate expense allocation & documentation
Capable to prepare Financial, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the whole accounts of the company efficiently
To ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
To manage, monitor and facilitate Tax/VAT/Custom/Excise Duty and other related departments of the govt. & non-govt.
Reconciliation of ledger accounts such as Stock-in-Transit, L/C Margin, Sister concerns A/c, depot advances etc.
Assist in preparing yearly budget.
Journalize the transactions incl. import Purchase & others
Perform Risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities & investments
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports & manage vendor relationship
Set up & oversee the company’s Finance IT system
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
CA (CC) from ICAB would be preferable.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
