Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Purpose:
- The incumbent will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating quality leads, and facilitating the sales and processing of Home Loan products. The role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, customer service orientation, business development skills, and effective portfolio monitoring to ensure business growth and portfolio quality.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales, referrals, networking, and market visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, real estate agents, brokers, and other business partners.
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets for Home Loan products.
- Promote Home Loan products and cross-sell related financial products where applicable.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update sales activities.
- Customer Interaction & Service
- Meet prospective clients to understand their financing requirements.
- Provide appropriate product solutions based on customer needs and repayment capacity.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Documentation & Loan Processing
- Guide customers regarding required documentation and eligibility criteria.
- Verify and collect necessary documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for appraisal, approval, and disbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collection & Portfolio Monitoring
- Monitor repayment behavior and maintain portfolio quality.
- Follow up with customers for timely installment payments.
- Support collection activities for overdue accounts when required.
- Prepare and submit regular business and portfolio reports.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Leasing
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Retail Asset in Banks or NBFI
- Experience in direct sales and customer relationship management will be preferred.
- Required Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and sales capabilities.
- Sound understanding of Home Loan products and retail financial services.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
