Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and update job descriptions, publish job vacancies, and coordinate interview schedules.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical files and PiHR software
Support monthly payroll processing by managing attendance, leave, and overtime data
Assist in performance management activities and coordinate training and development initiatives
Attend departmental coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as per approved minutes
Prepare and issue HR documents including appointment, offer, increment, promotion, transfer letters, notices, and memos

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
PGDHRM

Experience Requirements

3 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Steel, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 32 years
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good coordination and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience with HRIS/HR software will be an added advantage
