Process and verify health insurance claims accurately
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
Coordinate with hospitals and insurance partners
Maintain accurate data entry and prepare daily reports
Ensure proper documentation and claim processing within timeline
Support operational activities as assigned by management
Good command of MS Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
